The present invention discloses a method for generating a plurality of biocompatible fibroin fibres (6) generated from the turbulent mixing produced in the inner mixing region of a nebulizer, among a dope stream comprising a dope solution (2) that comprises fibroin, and a co-flow comprising a coagulating solution (4), producing a mixing compound. Before said mixing, the dope solution (2) is received in an inlet section of the nebulizer at an initial concentration comprised between 5% wt and 50% wt. Likewise, the Schmidt number (Sc) of the co-flow in the inner mixing region of the nebulizer is between 0.5 and 10, and the Reynolds number (Re) of the co-flow in the said inner mixing region is between 1000 and 5000, so that the mixing compound splits into a sequence of fibrous structures in the inner mixing region and a turbulent jet (5) comprising a plurality of fibroin fibres (6) exits the outlet section of the nebulizer.
